Why This Is Ministry
Understanding is an act of love
Lovitican ministry is not defined by the medium it uses; it is defined by what the medium is being used to accomplish.
Radio becomes an instrument of ministry when it helps people grow in wisdom, understanding, compassion, connection, service, and love. Listening is one of the first acts of compassion. Radio helps people hear voices, stories, languages, music, traditions, and cultures beyond their own surroundings.
We cannot fully practice love toward people we refuse to understand.
Purpose
Many ways to grow, one shared ministry
Radio and music help us listen beyond our own surroundings. Gatherings and events turn shared learning into fellowship. Charitable service and voluntary donations put compassion into action. Cultural learning helps us meet neighbors, immigrants, visitors, travelers, coworkers, friends, and family with humility instead of assumption. Connection gives people a place to encourage one another, share wisdom, and build relationships rooted in understanding. Together, these are practical ways Lovitican ministry supports wisdom, compassion, service, connection, and love.
